Refund Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Overview

AnyWatermark offers free and paid image-processing features, including optional credits. This policy explains when refunds or credit restorations may be available.

Subscriptions and Credits

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period or restore credits that have already been used. One-time credit packs do not renew. The applicable credit balance, usage cost, and expiration terms are shown before purchase.

Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges: If you were charged more than intended because of a billing or payment processing error.
  • Undelivered purchases: If credits were purchased but not added to your account after payment verification.
  • Major service failure: If a technical issue on our side prevents access to the paid service for an extended period.
  • Legal requirements: If applicable consumer protection law gives you additional refund rights.

Credit Restoration

If a verified platform error, failed generation, or interrupted request leaves a target image undelivered, we restore the credits charged for the undelivered target when the amount can be identified. Credit restoration is not a cash refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits that have already been successfully used.
  • Requests based only on subjective dissatisfaction with an AI repair after the result was delivered.
  • Unsupported or corrupted images, or incorrect processing instructions supplied by the user.
  • Change of mind after the paid service has been delivered.
  • Issues caused by third-party connectivity, browser settings, or unsupported use.

How to Request Help

Email us within 14 days of the purchase or issue. Include your account email, order ID or payment reference, approximate time of the issue, and a short description of what happened.

We usually review refund and credit restoration requests within 5 to 10 business days.
